OMAHA, NE— QAT Global, a premier business solutions consulting firm (qat.com), announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Nevada Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to help implement a new presentation layer for Nevada’s Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS), called UNITY, using web pages tailored to suit the needs of specific functional roles performed by users.

Under the terms of this contract, the web-enablement of the UNITY system will streamline the user interface with the SACWIS system (UNITY), update the development software used to deliver the application to users, provide shorter response time for new code deployment, and provide easier access to secured users outside the state firewall.  The contract extends through April 2013.
