Areas of Expertise: Software Architecture, Enterprise Java Development, Spring, Hibernate, Swing, SWT, Web Development, C++, .NET

My role at QAT Global is to design and implement solutions for our customers and clients. I have years of experience at solving performance issues for our customers, and helping them scale services and software development. My goal is find out what the solution is that best fits your requirements, and provide more reliable ways of enhancing your system farther than what simply updating technology will allow.

Among other things, I lead the Mobile Application Development department, and also provide guidance to other developers. I have experience with the architecture design and development of database systems on many different platforms and RDBMSs, most recently supporting both server-side enterprise applications and client-side GUI applications. Java programming, Software architect, C++, JavaScript, and database technologies are my top expertise, however, I also have years of experience with development in other technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Python, NodeJS, MongoDB, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

I believe the biggest contribution I make to the company itself is growing our business with government organizations by modernizing and expanding functionality on core systems applications on the front and backend.

I’ve been at QAT Global for 4 years, but have been a software engineer for about 18 years. What continues to excite me most about my profession is providing architect solutions that best fit your needs, but also that exceeds your expectations.

Getting Personal – What to Know About Rocky

Mentoring the Next Generation

Today’s technologies offer many new tools and techniques to speed up the process of developing enterprise systems. While this makes it easier for newer developers to be more productive, it’s important for them to understand not only the “how” but also the “why”. QAT does a great job of training new developers so that they understand why things are designed a certain way and provides them with an excellent toolset which leverages open source technologies to create a robust repeatable development process.
