COMMUNITY FORUM Go to the Community Forum

Our Community Forum is a user-to-user support forum where experts and other QAT users get together to discuss QAT products and solutions. You can participate in discussions about various products and topics, find solutions to help you resolve issues, ask questions, get tips and advice, and more.

We encourage relevant and stimulating discussion, and are happy to answer any question regarding QAT products and solutions. Feel free to ask questions, respond to any forum message that interests you, or tell all of us about your latest adventure with your QAT product. If you can assist a fellow user, feel free to jump into the conversation. Don't be shy. Even if you are not sure of your answer, the input from multiple sources gives the person asking the question options. This is not "official" support from QAT, but with so much experience and technical expertise among our community, this is a great place to get some good free advice.

Please note that these forums are not an official customer support channel for QAT. If you require direct assistance or prefer to contact Support directly, please use our paid support programs or complimentary product support for registered users.

Q.A. Technologies, Inc. Community Forums Posting Guidelines

Before posting messages to QAT Community Forums, please familiarize yourself with the following resources:

  • The printed documentation for your product.
  • Check the ReadMe documents which ship with your software for late-breaking technical information.
  • The support area for your product.
  • QAT product pages for the latest product information.

Information about QAT technical support programs and other options is also available.

When posting messages...

  • Help us help you. When asking a question, please include as much information about your computer and software as possible. Post your configuration, hardware, any error messages, and anything else you can think of that would help someone troubleshoot your issue. It could save a few days in back-and-forth clarification questions.  Be sure to include the specific version of your software, such as "7.0.1" -- not just "7".  It is also helpful if you include exact steps to recreate what you are experiencing. This will help other readers of the discussion group in determining a resolution to your issue.
  • Stay on topic. Please post only messages that are relevant to the subject of the Online Forum.
  • Use a descriptive title for your posts. This will help subsequent visitors to the Online Forum successfully identify your topic. Vague subjects such as "HELP!!" or "Urgent question!!!" are often passed over by experienced users, as they provide no indication as to what your issue may be.
