As Vice President and Co-Founder of QA Technologies, Rollie has provided a consistent vision and a level of excitement and enthusiasm that has become part of the identity of QA Technologies. Although he has been a key resource on the operational side of the business, he has focused most of his attention and energy around the software products and related solutions for the company. His personal charge is to manage the commercialization of the products and related solutions necessary for QAT to continue delivering the very best solutions in the industry. 

Areas of Expertise: A business-focused leader with experience across multiple technology disciplines during a 20+ year career in Information Technology and Business Management. Driving top-line revenue and bottom line performance by setting strategic direction with the products and services offered by the company. Managing offshore development teams with focused standards, effective methodologies, and repeatable processes. Directing mission-critical customer IT projects and internal product development.

What's the best thing about your job?

In my position, I get the opportunity to talk with customers frequently.  This is the thing I enjoy the most.  I have the opportunity to meet many interesting people across the country and around the world and to develop professional relationships and friendships that last.  Earning their respect by providing the best possible solutions with our technology and consultancy is the most satisfying part of my job.
