Chuck Snyder, Director Business Development/Account Management

As the Director of Business Development, Chuck focuses on the daily oversight and management of accounts. He is responsible for guiding and developing relationships with customers and partners. Chuck joined QAT in 1995 and has played an important role in the accrual of all state government business since that time. He is highly in tune with the day-to-day recruiting needs of clients and is ultimately responsible for the timely and responsive delivery of qualified candidates to each Task Order received.

Areas of Expertise:

• Outbound sales and business relationship efforts of QAT.
• Liaison between QAT onsite technical staff, QAT management, and client.
• Lead generation and follow-up for RFP responses and client vendor lists.
• Manage channel relationships between QAT and prime alliances whom QAT partners with.

Personal Interests: Keeping track of my girls and their various activities plus Volleyball, Knights of Columbus, and volunteering with the Red Cross.

What's the best thing about your job?

The best thing about my job is the reward that comes when everything does come together. The right people with the right jobs, so to speak. At QAT, staffing isn’t just about placing resources. It’s about understanding the little things that when added up make for a successful engagement. We have contractors who have been in place with the same clients for what has worked out to be a “perfect fit” for several years. So when a placement or project comes together, the satisfaction of knowing I played a role in making that happen makes what we do worthwhile.
