Why QAT?

QAT places candidates throughout the United States and occasionally in other countries.

Do I have to pay QAT any fees to find me an opportunity?
You pay nothing. Candidates presented by QAT pay no fee. Any fees are always paid by the client.

Does QAT have a Consultant Care Program?
Yes! Many of our consultants having been with us for a very long time, so we know how important it i to take care of you. Our recruiter will walk you through your new assignment on the first day (geography permitting) and make sure that you have everything you need including QAT time sheets. The recruiter will also ensure that you know the payroll and benefit procedures. Once on site and working, your recruiter will be in continual contact with you.

What is involved in becoming a consultant and what are the benefits of contracting?

If you are a professional with solid work experience, current skills, and authorized to work for any employer in the US, it is very easy to become a consultant. Many professionals choose this style of work because they enjoy the flexibility, exposure to a variety of environments, opportunities to travel, as well as the likelihood of a higher compensation. Contract-to-hire positions allow you to temporarily work in an opportunity to see if it is a good fit before taking on a long-term commitment.
