While having a clearly defined repeatable process is critical, our experience has proven that the characteristics of each project (size, technology, maturity, purpose, success factors) is very unique.  This uniqueness has proven that a single rigid repeatable development process will not always work. This is why Agility RPM℠ not only uses Agile methodologies, it itself is Agile to account for uniqueness of your project while still being repeatable with clearly defined processes and artifacts.

Project Delivery Location Flexibility

QAT is extremely flexible in terms of the delivery location. Whether it’s on-site, bestshore, at the Omaha development center, or a judicious mix of the three, we go completely by your prerogative. We can either assign our skilled IT resources at your premises or setup an offshore software development team at our Brazil labs. We can also assign our on-site project coordinator who will manage the offshore team and be your single point of contact for the entire project management and delivery.
